We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate, including cabin details, amenities, policies, and rates. However, all information is subject to change without notice.

Rates, availability, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, and cabin details may be updated at any time and will be confirmed directly with the guest at the time of booking.

5. Payments and Deposits

Deposits and payment terms may apply to secure a reservation. Any applicable deposit amount, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Failure to provide payment when required may result in cancellation of a requested or confirmed reservation.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change requests are subject to Perch Bay Resort’s current booking policies.

Guests are responsible for reviewing cancellation terms before confirming a booking. Deposit amounts may be non-refundable if cancellation is made outside the required notice period.

7. Check-In, Check-Out, and Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to follow all posted or communicated resort rules, including check-in/check-out times, occupancy limits, pet rules, boating or docking rules, and general property conduct expectations.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, members of their party, pets, or visitors during their stay.

8. Pets, Boats, and Property Use

Pets, boats, docking, and related amenities may be permitted subject to Perch Bay Resort policies. Guests must comply with all applicable resort rules regarding supervision, safety, leash requirements, docking, equipment use, and respect for other guests and the property.

9. Resort Amenities and Third-Party Services

Amenities, equipment, and services may change without notice due to weather, maintenance, operational needs, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Any links to third-party services or tourism resources are provided for convenience only. Perch Bay Resort is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

10. Assumption of Risk

Guests understand that outdoor, waterfront, boating, and fishing-related activities involve inherent risks. By staying at the resort or participating in such activities, guests accept those risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Guests are responsible for using good judgment and following all safety instructions, laws, and regulations during their stay.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perch Bay Resort is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, submission of a booking request, or a guest’s stay at the resort.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, photographs, graphics, and design elements, belongs to Perch Bay Resort or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute website content without prior written permission.
