The Cabin
Set just steps from the docks, the Dockside Cabins offer a comfortable stay with water views, shared outdoor space, and easy access to Perch Bay’s marina amenities. These cabins are a great fit for guests who want a convenient, relaxed stay close to the water with everything they need for cooking, dining, and unwinding after a day outside.
The space
Each Dockside Cabin includes one bedroom with two double beds, plus a living room with a sofa bed, flatscreen TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, dishes, tea towels, dish cloths, dish soap, and an apartment-sized oven, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
A small dining table provides space for casual meals, cards, coffee, or planning the day ahead.
Outdoor space
Sliding patio doors open onto a shared deck overlooking the docks. Each cabin has its own BBQ, and guests have access to a shared firepit area for evenings outdoors.
Bathroom and essentials
Each cabin includes a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Towels, sheets, blankets, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body soap are provided.
Good to know
All our cabins are connected to municipal services with drinkable water. Parking is available, and there are no steps to access the cabins. Hairdryers are not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own streaming device, such as a Fire Stick, for personal streaming accounts. Free WiFi is provided.

What our guests love about Perch Bay
We did not have a place to stay when we relocated from Guelph. They graciously offered us their cabin 18 for two months until we found accommodations. Everything was amazing. It was sad to leave such a picturesque view. Thank you again for all you did for us. If you are looking for somewhere to go on vacation, this is the place.
My family and I had a wonderful stay here in July. When we arrived the staff were very helpful and were accommodating throughout our whole stay. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. From what I understand the new owners have put a lot of work into the this resort. There is a big lodge with a pool table which was great to have on the rainy days. Fishing in the area is great.
Fishing was great, plenty of room for docking and launching your boat. We'll definitely be coming back next year. Great spot to rent a cabin with your fishing Pals as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to take the family or spend with friends.
