Pets are always welcome

We’re glad to welcome pets at Perch Bay and want to help make the experience enjoyable for everyone on the property. To keep things safe, comfortable, and respectful for other guests, we ask that all pets are leashed at all times while at the resort.

Pets cannot be left unattended in cabins or on the grounds, so please plan to keep them with you throughout your stay.

Before you arrive

  • There is a $20 nightly pet fee
  • Pets are always welcome at Perch Bay
  • Pets must be leashed and attended at all times
  • Please clean up after your pet
  • Pets cannot be left unattended
  • A $200 cleaning or damage fee may apply depending on the situation.
