Booking & Payment

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. Short stays require a $200 deposit, week-long stays require a $400 deposit, and Cabin 14 requires a $600 deposit for week-long stays. Final payment is due upon check-out.

Rates are charged per cabin, per night or per week, and rates increase based on the number of guests. All reserved dates must be paid for. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX.

Changes to reservation dates may be requested and can be transferred based on availability.

Cancellations, Check-In & Check-Out

or short stays, cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. For weekly stays, cancellations require 4 weeks’ notice. If a cancellation is made after the required notice period, the deposit is forfeited.

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible if arranged in advance. Please call the day before your stay to inquire. For after-hours arrivals, please call before 8:00 p.m. on the day of your stay to make arrangements.

If you depart early, your reservation will be adjusted to your departure day. No-shows forfeit their deposit. If weather, wildfire, road closures, or water conditions affect your trip, deposits will be refunded.

Cabins, Pets & Guests

Our cabins are fully furnished and include potable water, dishes, cutlery, towels, sheets, and bedding. Children under 10 stay free. Maximum occupancy and any additional guest fees vary by cabin.

Visitors are welcome to enjoy resort amenities when accompanied by a registered guest. If you are planning to have a larger group visit, please let the resort know in advance, as an event fee may apply.

Pets are welcome in Cabins 1–3 and 6–10. There is a $20 nightly pet fee. Pets must be leashed and attended at all times and may not be left unattended. A $200 cleaning or damage fee may apply depending on the situation.

All cabins are smoke-free. Smoking or vaping inside cabins will result in a $200 fine. Please use the cigarette receptacles provided throughout the property and stay at least 10 feet from any door or window when smoking. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m. Campfires may continue later into the evening, but guests are expected to respect quiet hours and fully extinguish fires when finished. Please do not litter, especially near or into the river.

Boats, Docking & Resort Services

Each housekeeping cabin includes free docking for 1 boat. Additional boats are $10 per day. Dock electricity is included.

Boat launch fees are as follows:

  • $10 launch
  • $10 daily parking
  • $30 weekend pass including long weekends (2 launches and 2 days of parking for 1 vehicle)
  • $300 season pass including launch and parking for 1 vehicle

Boat launch fees can be paid in the store or by e-transfer to reservations@perchbay.ca.

Boat and motor rentals are available for resort guests only. All rentals require a waiver. Canadian guests renting a boat must have a valid boater’s licence. Guests from countries without a boater’s licence system must complete a special form and show previous experience. We also offer bait, tackle, and fishing licences on site.

Store staff can vacuum seal fillets and store them in the freezer as part of our fish wrap-and-freeze service.
